Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation


Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation believe everyone should have the opportunity to participate in leisure opportunities at their highest level, therefore they have programs for individuals of all ages and abilities. Their programs are inclusive and they are able to make individualized modifications for all participants. Request for modifications must be made 1 month prior to participation. They offer a wide variety of programs from childhood to adult. Below is a list of several programs offered from 2019-2020, however they provide an updated catalogue on their website. In addition to the several programs mentioned below, Carmel Clay offers a wide range of social activities such as dances and bingo nights as well as community independence and sex education classes

Any Age

· Surfing

Offered on surf simulator. Must be 48 inches to ride and 52 inches to stand. Adaptations

will be made when needed. Listed as “Adaptive Open Flow” on their registration page


Ages 2 and up

· Little sports star/ All Star Athlete (variety sports program including soccer, volleyball and basketball)

· Swimming
